Our shipping is simple. We ship via two services: Standard and Expedited. Almost all of our customers ship via the Standard shipping method. Our shipping and handling rates for Standard service are based on the total amount of the order and are as follows:
Up to $19.99: $7.95
$20.00 to $29.99: $8.95
$30.00 to $49.99: $10.95
$50.00 to $69.99: $12.95
$70.00 to $98.99: $14.95
$99.99 or more: FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates for Expedited service are calculated at checkout and depend, in part, on the total weight of the order. Please note that orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must always ship via Expedited service. You may easily calculate shipping costs prior to checkout by putting the products that you would like in the Shopping Cart and using the Shipping Estimator that will be displayed below the shopping cart.
Our shipping rates apply to both wholesale and retail customers.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is located near Roanoke, Virginia, in a state-of-the-art 250,000 square foot fulfillment center operated by one of our consulting clients. This relationship allows us to take a "best of both worlds" approach to doing business: small company dedication to our customers with the infrastructure to serve them professionally.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico and selected territories.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard service orders are shipped via Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 buiness days to be delivered, or UPS Ground, which typically takes 2-6 business days to be delivered.
Please note that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more longer. Our location near major transportation hubs, a U.S. Postal Service distribution center, and a UPS Superhub makes us one of the fastest shippers in the business, but please keep in mind that we may need to hold an order for verification if there are any address or other discrepancies in the order.
I haven't received my order - what should I do?
If your order is a few days late - don't panic. Sometimes the carriers experience delays, particularly during holidays such as Christmas. Also, it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday when the Post Office or UPS office is closed. If you're still concerned, then please check with your local Post Office or UPS office. Sometimes the carrier will not deliver an order if he or she feels it cannot be left safely at its destination or if a signature could not be obtained for orders that require signature confirmation.
